Life balance is something we all strive for and yet it seems like a constant search for that equilibrium. As busy women, many of us juggling work and family life, we steal an hour for ourselves here or there but never get the chance to decompress in a healthy and energising environment.
The Retreat is an opportunity for you to have a full 48 hours of time to focus on you and your needs or catch up on some work in peace. No brutal exercise regime, no crazy diets, no promises of overnight transformation, just a weekend spent with eight like-minded women in luxurious surroundings near stunning Waihi beach.
It’s essentially time to take a breath, catch up on some sleep, eat delicious food and recharge your batteries. Guided yoga will be available daily for those of you who choose to partake and optional extras such as business development guidance, help with a marketing plan, massage, even counselling sessions will be available on site over the course of the weekend.
Meals (and some wine) are provided from Friday afternoon tea through until Sunday morning.
The Retreat is a blank canvas of time, space and company to allow you to bring you back to your centre. We only have 6 space available for guests and we have a choice of rooms, all priced within the reach of busy working Mum’s!
